It is also possible to prepare the badges in advance acquiring electronically the picture from any document or photo. Characteristic of the system is that all the operations are integrated: for instance, from the keyboard or the mouse of the computer it is possible to operate the framing of the camera and, on the computer screen it is possible to check live the framing of the camera and the badge finished, as well as, all the anagraphical data. Moreover, the software capabilities offer adequate controls against
interference and violations, both for what concerns the issuing
of unauthorised badges and the continuous check of the situation
of the presence of the accredited people. All the operations
are organised hierarchically so that they can be accessible to
certain operators and forbidden to others. Each operator of
the system must have a personal password that defines also his
level of qualification. All the operations are registered in order
to allow going back to the date, hour and operator of each operation
made. Particular control procedures prevent the operators from
issuing a duplicate of the badge without the authorisation of
the person in charge of the system. |
