Accreditation
Accreditation is a system whereby it is possible to control a population
having the right to benefit from particular services. Such services
may be, for instance, the access to off-limits or reserved areas
(press stands and rooms, areas for athletes only), the use of certain
facilities, the control of people in charge of specific tasks (stadium
services, interpreters, referees).
AFTER Accreditation System
Software
AFTER system takes advantages of the most advanced technologies
that can keep the security levels extremely high, assuring, at the
same time, an easy resilience of use and the most accurate defence
against all kinds of imitations.
All the necessary data are saved in a database. They are mainly
anagraphical data (name, country, date of birth, company or function,
etc.), category and sub-category, access zones. Some of them will
be printed on the badge according to what needed by the specific
category the person belongs to. The software foresees, beyond
the usual management of the archives with all the facilities
that one could expect, also the management of the photo acquisition
(with the possibility of storing and displaying it in a second
time) and the production of an identification card (badge),
that is, of an accreditation document specific for the event.
